 In our practice together, I love blending the grounding energy of Hatha, the focus and strength of Ashtanga, and the gentle flow of Vinyasa. My hope is that each breath and posture helps you feel more connected — not just to your body, but also to a sense of calm within. This class is a space for you to grow at your own pace, building strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive way.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring to yoga?

Please bring comfortable clothing that you feel comfortable moving around in. If you tend to sweat a lot, please also bring a towel.

Yogamatten, Decken, We have yoga mats, blankets, yoga cushions, and all the usual aids here on site. You can borrow these free of charge during the yoga class.

You will also find water and tea for refreshment in our drinks corner.

What do I need to bring to yoga?

Please eat only a light meal at least 2 hours before the yoga class. It’s harder to move with a full stomach. We’ll be doing some pranayama (breathing techniques), which are easier to do on an empty stomach.

Try to arrive at least 15 minutes early. That way, you can settle in and find your spot.

I feel that yoga is good for me. I would therefore like to practice more often. How can I do this?
