In our practice together, I love blending the grounding energy of Hatha, the focus and strength of Ashtanga, and the gentle flow of Vinyasa.
My hope is that each breath and posture helps you feel more connected — not just to your body, but also to a sense of calm within.
This class is a space for you to grow at your own pace, building strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive way.
